Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. This policy is meant to be fair to you and to us.

Standard cancellation

  • •30+ days before check-in: full refund minus a small processing fee.
  • •14–29 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
  • •Less than 14 days before check-in: no refund, unless we're able to rebook the dates.

Extenuating circumstances

  • •For severe weather, natural disasters, or documented emergencies, we'll work with you on a fair solution, such as new dates or a credit toward a future stay.

How to cancel

  • •To cancel, contact us directly by email or phone. We'll confirm your cancellation and process any refund within 5–10 business days.
